Approximately 3 months before the wedding day, we start our cooperation with the bridal couple and the suppliers who have been commissioned. Our goal is to realise and, if necessary, finalise your ideas in such a way that they are coordinated. On the wedding day itself, we from Sur Soul Weddings are on site. 

Whether it is at the bride’s house, the church/city hall or the venue, we are there to assist you. We welcome all suppliers and start organising and setting up even before the wedding begins.

The W-D-O package is for all couples who want to take care of most of their wedding planning themselves and only need support on the day itself and during the final planning steps before the wedding.

In my opinion, the support of a wedding planner on the day of your wedding is worth its weight in gold. They will take care of all the organisational work for you and help you to get the best out of the planning with their expertise. In this role, we at Sur Soul Wedding see ourselves as “helpers” on the last few metres.

Of course! The organisation takes place after mutual agreement. You inform us about your previous planning and we take over the timing and coordination of the selected service providers.

40 % + VAT are to be paid when the contract is signed. The rest two weeks before the wedding.

The Sur Soul Weddings team is split up and works from the moment of the ceremony. We coordinate all suppliers, arrival, set up and running of the wedding.
